ISO 10015 : 1999 Quality management – Guidelines for training
The ISO 10015 is an international standard that provides guidelines to assist the organizations and their staff in relation to training and staff training. Various factors such as changing markets and new technologies encourage the organizations to continue to invest on education and training of human resources. One of the most significant competitive levers for any company is no doubt the investment in terms of human resources and their formation/updating/continuing training.
